At Crest Interiors, we strive to provide high-quality interior design products and services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made through Razorpay on our website.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation:

• Within 24 hours of placing an order, OR
• Before the order is processed, manufactured, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Duplicate payment made
• Service cannot be fulfilled by us

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery/service confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• Customer changes mind after order confirmation
• Customized interior products already manufactured
• Interior design services already started or completed
• Incorrect details provided by customer

Custom-made or personalized interior items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:

• The amount will be automatically refunded by the bank within 5–7 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Reason for refund
• Supporting photos (if applicable)
