These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service. 1. General Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products and contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to: Await restocking of the back-ordered item, or Receive a refund for the unavailable item. 2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are inclusive for forward shipping and exchange reverse shipping. There will be a deduction of ₹150 in reverse transit in case of returns. 3. Returns (Due to Change of Mind / Size / Defect / Damage) CREST INTERIORS will accept returns due to size issues, defects, or damages provided: A return request is made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items are returned in original packaging, unused, with tags, and in resalable condition. Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be processed to your bank account. You will be notified via email once completed. CREST INTERIORS will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund ₹150 reverse shipping charges. 4. Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. During holidays, dispatch may be slightly delayed, but we aim to minimize shipment delays. 5. Change of Delivery Address Delivery address changes can be made anytime before the order has been dispatched. Please Note: Billing address will be considered by default for reverse pick-up (in case of Exchange/Return). There will be no option to change the pick-up address. 6. P.O. Box Shipping CREST INTERIORS will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services may not be available for these locations. 7. Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock: We will cancel and refund the unavailable item. The remaining available items will be dispatched. 8. Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delay. 9. Tracking Notifications Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor shipment progress based on updates from the shipping provider. 10. Parcels Damaged In Transit If your parcel is damaged during transit: If possible, reject the parcel at delivery and inform the courier. Contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and found damaged later, please contact customer service for further assistance. 11. Duties & Taxes 11.1 Sales Tax Sales tax (if applicable) is already included in the product prices displayed on the website. 12. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order: Cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy. 13. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. 13.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier completes their investigation. 13.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost after investigation. 14. Please check your messages to avoid missed deliveries. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will return the shipment to us.
